PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after your order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays).  During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional day or two, but I'll always do my best to keep it quick. Estimated shipping times displayed at checkout do not include processing time.

• Exchanges Only – No refunds. Store credit is provided upon approval.
• Clothing Exchanges – Must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, or hair.
  Items must be returned within 30 days with hang tags, a packing slip or order number.
  Items not meeting these conditions will be sent back.
• Shipping Costs – Non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
