Shipping policy

I know your jacked up to get your new gear - and I work hard to make that happen as quickly as possible. 

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days after your order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays).  Estimated shipping times displayed at checkout do not include processing time.

SHIPPING TIME

I currently ship to all 48 contiguous US states. Estimated shipping times are:

*Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.  Free shipping offers, when available, will be applied automatically.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info.  Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. I am not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to me at info@coastalmenace.com within 14 days of delivery.  Coastal Menace is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
